My Personal Transformation

Like many women, I struggled with finding a weight loss strategy that worked for my lifestyle. I was so focused on "just" losing weight that I failed to embrace the habits and behaviors associated with keeping the weight off. After much personal trail and error and through learning about body science, I discovered that there is no "one size fits all" approach to weight loss. Through this discovery, I compiled everything I learned and creating MPowered Fitness. 

There's no doubt that we DO have specific principles that we follow (nutrient dense meals, movement, rest, self-care), but the overall goal is to fall in love with the journey. To get "addicted" to doing what's best for our bodies because well, it just FEELS good. I learned that shifting my focus in these areas eventually led to me achieving the body I now LOVE.

I am 5'2, currently 125lbs. At my heaviest (post pregnancy), I was about 158lbs. I lost weight and FOUND myself by embracing the "MPowered" Way!
