Forever Fit [Jan-Mar 2021] Program
Program Outline
- Phase One (Weeks 1-4)
- Meal Plan: During Phase One, we focus on meals that can be prepared in 15 minutes or less to help you get the hang of meal prep. You'll also be provided with a Nutrition Guide to create your own meals anytime during the course of the program.
- Fitness: During Phase One, you'll be provided with fitness demos and a recommended workout calendar. You'll also be provided with a blank calendar to plot workouts on days/times that work best for your schedule.
- Behavioral Change: Your Phase One Behavioral Change Goal is to take an "inventory" on what and how much you're eating. You are encouraged to log your meals for 14-consecutive days to gain a snap shot of how your personal nutrition impacts your results.
- Phase Two (Weeks 5-8)
- Meal Plan: During Phase Two, you'll be introduced to more meal options and even have the opportunity to continue to incorporate meals you enjoyed from Phase One.
- Fitness: A new set of exercise routines with demos will be introduced during this phase.
- Behavioral Change: During Phase Two, you should continue to log your meals and create a morning routine of journaling things you are grateful for. This mindset shift technique is designed to set a positive tone for your day.
- Phase Three (Weeks 9-12)
- Meal Plan: Similarly with the previous Phases, you'll be provided with even more meal options and encouraged to shift your intermittent fasting time. You may also incorporate meals from the "Nutrition Extras" menus that include low carb and high protein options.
- Fitness: The most challenging fitness routines are reserved for Phase Three. However, you may continue to incorporate fitness recommendations from Phases One and Two if you do not feel prepared for the the additional challenge.
- Behavioral Change: Do you know what a REAL rest day is? It is more than just "not exercising," it also involves detachment from distractions and focus on self-care. During Phase Three, you are encouraged to "purge, rest and reset" weekly.
- Convenience: Each member has their own portal to access program materials and recorded workouts anytime. This virtual program can be done no matter where you live.
- Support: We have members who have been with the program for years and serve as "mentors" for new members. You can also join an Accountability Group in our Private FB Community.
